You understand that final approval of your Women-Owned Business certification is determined solely by the certifying organization. Conscious Roots provides preparation and submission assistance but does not guarantee approval.

Upon submission, you will be required to provide the following documentation:

  • Articles of Organization or Incorporation

  • EIN Confirmation Letter

  • Operating Agreement or Corporate Bylaws

  • Government-issued ID of the majority owner

  • Resume of the majority owner

  • Business bank verification (if available)
