By selecting a payment option and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Policy
All payments made to Conscious Roots are for professional business formation and consulting services. Work begins only after required payments have cleared.
For split and refund hold plans, all balances must be paid in full before any LLC or EIN filings are submitted and before final documents are delivered.
2. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your placement in our service schedule and compensate for administrative preparation and consultation time.
3. Filing & Processing
Business filings, EIN submissions, and document preparation will not be completed or submitted until the full balance is received.
Processing timelines begin once payment requirements are satisfied and all required client information has been submitted.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information. Conscious Roots is not liable for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late-submitted information.
5. No Guarantees of Approval
While we prepare and submit documents accurately and professionally, approval timelines and decisions are determined by state and federal agencies.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consulting and digital business services, all sales are final once work has begun. Refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed services.
