By completing the following form you acknowledge that you have read the following information confidentiality, non-compensation, and termination within our programs.

Confidentiality

Volunteers may have access to sensitive information (client data, business strategies, financial discussions). This information must not be shared outside of Conscious Roots without written permission.

Non-Compensation Clause

This is a voluntary position and does not constitute employment. Volunteers are not entitled to wages, benefits, or financial compensation unless specified in a separate written agreement.

Termination

Either party may end this volunteer relationship at any time.
